Welcome to St. Paul's. As you come to know our congregation, I hope you will find here what I have found here: people who truly care about one another and seek to serve each other as we understand Christ serves us. It is my sincere and deep belief that God lives in every person, gifting us with the Spirit of Life when we are born and that does not leave us through our lives. No matter our behaviors, God loves us. We have the unique opportunity to be forgiven in the waters of Baptism, the water with God's Word and our tiny bit of faith connecting up to wash us clean of all sins. We have the opportunity to live more deeply in this understanding of God-with-us as we share Holy Communion; bread and wine, Word, and faith connecting in us each Sunday to celebrate that, not only does God wash us clean, God feeds us with the Word of Life, Jesus. In this way we are strengthened and nourished as well as forgiven. I invite you to join us, to come and listen and sing and pray with us any Sunday! I invite you to come and enjoy a cookie or snack after worship and talk with some of the people here, to get to know what it is that God is doing here and to be known by us, that we might come to know your name. Blessings on your journey! "I pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and rounded in love."
